Episode 6 - Togemon In Toy Town

The kids have just left Andromon's factory and are walking through the sewers. They sing talk about things they miss from home. A strange smell arises, and a bunch of Numemon come chasing after them. They begin throwing sludge, but the kids luckily escape out of the sewer and into the sunlifht, which the Numemon are afraid of.
After walking a distance, they find tons of pop machines standing in the desert. Mimi runs up to one of them and puts in a coin. The machine's front wall falkls down and inside is the Numemon's leader. He has a crush on Mimi and tries to get her to go out with him. Mimi refuses rudely, thinking that they'd be safe in the sunlight. Thunder is heard and clouds cover the sun. Numemon gets mad and orders the other Numemon in the other pop machines to get the kids. They chase after them, then the kids split up.
Mimi and Palmon rush into a forest and run behind a tree. Palmon stands in front of the Numemon and gets ready to use her poison ivy. The Numemon scream, turn, and run. Mimi thanks Palmon, but Palmon didn't do anything. Monzaemon comes up behing them, the owner of Toy Tow, a special palace for abandoned toys. He invites them to Toy Town, then attacks. Mimi and Palmon run, and then Numemon helps hide them in a crack on the ground. Monzaemon passes them and continues to walk to Toy Town. Mimi and Palmon decide to go there, and find a big town full of houses and toys. The other kids pass them, followed by other toys.
"This is fun! This is really, really fun!" says Tai in a trance-like voice as a toy car chases after him. "Boy, I'm having a lot of fun now. Fun, fun, this is fun!"
Sora comes along, followed by a monkey toy. "This is so exciting! This is really exciting!"
Next Izzy turns up with an army of soldiers behind him. "Oh joy. What a delightful activity. This activity is really delightful!"
A train chases Matt. "Boy oh boy is this great or what!" he says in a wierd voice, laughing and running.
Joe runs from a giant toy bird, yelling, "This rocks! Forget books - this really rocks!"
Finally, T.K. comes being chased by a toy helicopter. "Ha ha! You can't catch me! Ha ha ha!"
"Everybody sounds like a bunch of zombies!" Mimi comments. "Oh well. They were all wierd anyway."
Mimi and Palmon continue their leisurely stroll. They hear something coming from inside a house, and they they find the other digimonlocked up inside a toy chest. The digimon explain how Monzemon had attacked them, trapped the digimon inside the chest, and then used the kids as playtoys for the toys. Mimi realizes that that was why they were acting so weird. She and Palmon go off to find Monzaemon. When they find him, Mimi starts yelling, telling him to bring her friends back. Monzemon starts attacking them again, and they're forced to run.
Then the Numemon come, attacking Monzaemon with their sludge. Palmon tries to help out with her Poison Ivy, but nothing workds. Monzaemon uses his hearts attack on Mimi and Palmon, but the Numemon pile up to make a wall and get trapped in the bubbles instead. Palmon digivoilves to Togemon and punches Monzaemon, who punches back. They keep fitghting, and Togemon finally uses her needle spray. The black gear flies out of Monzeaemon and he returns to normal.
Later, the kids have been returned to normal and the digimon have been released from the toy chest. Monzaemon apologizes for what he's done, and releases his hearts attack, but this time it gives them a really good feeling.
