Episode 2 - The Birth of Greymon

Everyone has fallen from the cliff because of Kuwagumon. Gomamon uses his marching fishes to creat a moving raft for them to land on. Kuwagumon continues to chase them, but a large tidal wave brings them to land, safely away from Kuwagumon. They decide to keep moving.
The kids find a row of telephone booths along the shore of the ocean. They try to call their parents, but all they get are wierd messages. Izzy believes that it's some alien joke. They all give up except for Joe, who continues to try to get the phones to work. Hungry, they empty out their pockets to see if they have any food. Izzy brought his laptop, a digital camera, and a cell phone, although none of them has worked since they came to the digi world. Sora has her some first aid supplies. Tai has his mini telescope. Matt has nothing on him, and Mimi has some useful equipment, but that's about it. Then T.K. turns up with a backpack full of goodies and Mimi happily gets him to share them with her. Then Tai sees that Joe has the emergency food bag., and calls him. Joe tells him not to interrupt him during his phone call, but when he finishes it, he runs over and tells Mimi that it's her turn to carry the bag. Mimi refuses then they all figure out how much food they all get, and find that they they have enough for 3 days, since their digimon have agreed to find their own food. While they were talking, Tai and Agumon had gone ahead and eaten some it already.
In the ocean, a large blast of water shoots up, then it shoots up from under the telephone booths. Shellmon appears, and Joe tries to escape by climbing up the mountainside. Shellmon pushes him off with a blast of water, then blasts everyone else. The digimon get up and fight back. Shellmon cries out as Agumon hits him with his pepper breath. The other digimon help attack, but their attacks are nothing but little puffs. Shellmon easily blast them away, but then Agumon attacks him with another pepper breath. The kids figure that Agumon's the only one able to fight because he was the only one who had something to eat and the others were too weak to fight. So Tai runs up to Shellmon to create a diversion by hitting him with a stick while Agumon attacks again. It's not enough to defeat Shellmon, and Shelklmon picks up Tai and holds down Agumon before he can run away. Tai's digivice begins to glow and Agumon digivolves to Greymon. Shellmon attacks, but Greymon attacks back. Then Greymon lifts Shelklmon up and throws him. He uses his Nova Blast to blast him off somewhere out in the ocean, then devolves back to Agumon.
